30-Day Return Window
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage, alteration, or sizing
- Accompanied by the original sales receipt or order confirmation
- Returned with original packaging, boxes, warranty cards, and documentation where applicable
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to store credit only.
Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original method of payment once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Customers may also choose:
- Store credit
- Merchandise exchange
Please allow several business days for return processing after delivery to our store.
Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of our customers and due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following items are final sale:
- Altered or resized jewelry
- Engraved or personalized items
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Special event, clearance, or final sale merchandise
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For security and insurance purposes, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we may promptly assist you.
Jewelry Inspection & Cleaning
We are happy to professionally clean and inspect jewelry purchased from Allen’s Jewelers. We recommend inspections at least twice yearly to help maintain the integrity and beauty of your jewelry.
